Yes, an enhanced DBS check have been completed on all carers and support staff and is reviewed on an annual basis
All staff are trained including in Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Infection control, Health and Safety, confidentiality, moving and handling theory, Diversity and Equality, Develop as a worker and Fore Training
Family is integral to care and we work in partnership with families to provide quality care services to their loved ones.
Upon assessment the client’s needs and preferences will be assessed. This includes culturally appropriate provisions.
