The one-off fee for a small company (annual turnover of £10.2 million or less, or 50 employees or fewer) is £536. For a large company, it's £1,476. This licence is valid for 4 years.
  • How long does it take to process a UKVI Sponsored Employer Licence application?
Most applications are processed within 8-12 weeks. The UKVI may need to visit your business as part of the application process.

Each CoS costs £199, plus an Immigration Skills Charge of £364 (£1,000 for large employers) per year of the visa. For example, a typical 2-year visa will cost £927 (£199 + £364 + £364). Note that the longest you can sponsor an employee is 5 years. These costs are as of 31st August 2023 and are subject to change.
